Create workbooks based on speific range

Hello everyone

I need to create workbooks in the same path .. the workbooks which will be created would be named after the data in range("U12:U23")
There would be (MOH.xlsx , Mwared.xlsx and so on) according to the range("U12:U23")

The created workbook should have the data related to each name according to the column S ("Final") (may be filter used) .. I didn't need all data just columns(D - E - R ) .. Just these four columns to be transferred to the new created workbooks. But just the related data

I will attach an example of the expected workbook of the many workbooks that would be created

Another point to create a workbook named "All Sections" , that includes all related information in column S except ("Without") condition .. that's to copy all data in columns( D - E -R - S) for all the sections mentioned in column S except the ("Without") criteria .. It would be 17 rows in this case
I have attached the expected workbook structure of the "All Sections" workbook

Thanks a lot for this great help. But it doesn't export all desired workbooks. The code exports only six wbs.

Just a little modifications if possible .... Not to create workbooks in case of there are no data related
For example : Tas 3 has no related data in column S so there is no need to create this workbook.

Another point when I tested the code after unhiding all columns I got in the workbooks created all the columns
I need to specify the columns to be transferred through code

Another little point: Not to create workbook for "Without" section.
Please don't attach the whole code again .. Just the modifications to learn ..Thanks advanced
