List displayed in ListView1 is not matching - hide column detail

Dears,

I recently received a vba to filter excel listview search function with in excel userform. It is very useful for me to deal a huge report, weekly.

But one difficult i found here is, when list displaying in listview1 it shows me the column number also.
So i get details which is not matching with column headers.

I tried with many ways but i couldn't get. I want actual details what is in the worksheet.

Please can i get some help int his regard.
