VBA not cutting off copy

I have this VBA to copy a row from a master sheet. I want it to stop pasting data after row L. Any thoughts as to what is wrong?

Since you are copying the entire row, you can only paste in to column A.

Hi AB33, this piece of code deletes everything from the work book. I need to copy cells a-L depending on what word is in column a on the master sheet. any other ideas?
