Unable to find last row in excel table

Dear All,

Please find attached a sample data table. In "EnterpriseJobs" sheet, i am trying to cut all the records which has "completed" in column "k" (status) and paste those into the next sheet "CompletedJobs" in the next to last row.. i.e. from row number 4

But when i tried with the attached code, its not pasting in the correct last row. i.e. instead of row 4 , its choosing the end of the data table row 39 and pasting only one row..

Hence please help to achieve the same.
