Timesheet - Adding "Submit" Button To Extract Data To Other Workbook, Save PDF & Clear

    Good afternoon,
Wonder if you could assist me with something that I thought would be easy, but has proven otherwise!

We need our engineers to complete a timesheet (see Timesheet.xlsx attached) that will have a "Submit" button to upload selected data to another workbook (see DataExtraction.xlsx attached). Note - Timesheet.xlsx should be .xlst but cannot upload as attachment to this post). Obvious needs are for blank rows to be ignored so we end up with just a list per the requirements of the DataExtraction workbook. From this we can then manipulate as required for reporting purposes. Our wishlist for is as follows:

    1. A "Submit" button that will upload the information from the Timesheet (A37 to AJ57) to DataExtraction workbook, ignoring blank rows and allowing for manipulation. (For reporting purposes we are only interested in the weekly hours but would refer to the PDF copy (see point 3) should we need to see the daily breakdown for any reason).
    2. Ability to add / remove employees, programs and activities as required.
    3. Auto save of Timesheet (print area) to a PDF called per the contents of cell AQ33, saved to a shared folder in Dropbox.
    4. Clear Timesheet.xlst ready to be used again.
    5. This 'system' to work within a Dropbox file shared by multiple users.

Is any of the above possible, and if so can anyone assist with how to achieve it? I have spent hours looking through various forums but haven't managed to find anything to help me. I'm not VBA savvy at all which I think may be the problem! Many thanks in advance for any assistance that can be offered.

    Stuart
