Select filtered data below ACTIVE CELL, without using LOOPs

Dear all,
I want to select the FILTERED data below the CURRENT ACTIVECELL (Excluding the CURRENT ACTIVECELL/HEADER) without using LOOPS (as its time consuming process).

Please suggest.

PS: My CURRENT ACTIVECELL will be HEADER CELL.
