Interior Color every other row

I cant seem to figure out why its not coloring every other row to the entire data but stops half way through. Can someone please take a look at this. Thanks

If your data starts at A19 and goes to A50, and you reference the UsedRange.Rows.Count will be 31, but your range will only extend from A19:A31.
