Looping through Form Controls checkboxes

I pieced this code together from various web searches. It loops through all checkboxes whose name starts with a particular string and runs the subroutine associated with the check box if the check box is checked.

It works, but it loops through all Shapes on the worksheet. This includes command buttons, text boxes, lines, groups, spin buttons, pictures, etc.

Is there a more elegant way to just loop through the checkboxes?

That works. "CheckBoxes" does not show up in the list as one of the choices after typing the "." next to "wks" so I didn't know it was valid.
