    Get data from a masterfile to several worksheets in another workbook with certain format

    Hi friends,

    I'd like to ask if there is a way I can get the data from a masterfile and then make multiple worksheets in another workbook based on the employee name in the database? However, the catch here is that there is a certain format that I'd like the data to be pulled. I've attached a dummy file (Employee Performance Evaluation Form_Dummy file) wherein this is the database and also attached the file where the data will be input based on the team member name (Employee Performance Evaluation Form_Empty). The data must populate the highlighted parts.

    Thank you very much for all your help.

    I've been trying to make it populate the fields but to no avail I can't get it done.

    Hope you can help me.

    Sorry Dylan,

    I had a look, but can not see any commonality between the yellow cells on the "Empty" workbook and the "Dummy" sheet.

    Hi David,

    hmm, maybe I didn't explain well what I wanted to happen.

    What I want to happen is that let's say in Section I. Performance Result, I want to populate the "Knowledge of the Job" in the Rating Method of 5. What will happen is that in the dummy file, column I A. KNOWLEDGE OF THE JOB, the data on it will populate the cell for Rating Method 5.

    You will see like this:

    Rating Method
    5 4 3
    Knowledge of the Job data from dummy file blank blank

    Could you maybe check again, David?

    Sorry - I just don't get it!

    I assume that the data in the Empty sheet comes from just one row of the master sheet, but what?

    C27:I27 are for "Knowledge of the Job" - Each cell gives a little more explanation of what is in E18:E22.

    The Dummy workbook has two Knowledge of the Job-(IA and 1B). It has four "Quality of Work, two Communication and so on. There are no matching cells on the EMPTY workbook.

    I didn't understand post #3, because all you have under "Knowledge of the Job" (Col G and H) is a number and a letter.

    I suggest you post a better example of the two sheets showing how data goes from one to the other.
