userform data to different sheets based on textbox value

Hi, I have this shared workbook for entering data with a userform for easy entry. When a person selects his/her name from the combobox, the corresponding initials will be generated in the "Initials" textbox. How do I code it such that the data entered will go to the corresponding worksheet with the person's initials?

Hi Norie, thank you for your help. I have added more codes after adding your codes. Am trying to use macro to auto sort the data as it is being entered based on column A. But am getting an error, can you help me see what is wrong? Please see tab "CCW"
