appreciate immediate response , concatentate till cell value change in other column

Hello all

i want to achieve the below target in the table , i want to concatenate the values in column B with separate comma as long as value in column A is the same , when value in column A change , new concatenate process starts

212 42 42,43,44,95 I want to keep concatenate the cells in column B as long as column A is equal ,and when new value in column A appears, new concatenate starts , final result as in column B , VBA macro shall be able to run over big sheet of 6000 line
