Looping Code

So I have this code that is able to gather a particular range of data I want (issue age 10). The problem is that there are more sets of data denoted by issuing ages of 11, 12, 13, 14, ...
I want be able to gather those inputs put don't really know how. I want to be able to continue adding the data to range G:J
