Yasser's macro look like it does what I think you want if your original data is laid out like you have in that sheet and you want the data to go to the range "N:S".

maybe you should show the results exactly as you want them.

At first glance I thought your data might all be in one cell and you needed to split it and sum the digits
a VBA function like this
