Checkbox on a Userform that selects all entries of a Listbox

Hi all,

Trying to get a Checkbox to select all entries of a Listbox when its clicked on (although using the Change parameter). I don't get why this code isn't working? I'm not very good at feedback loops with VBA so I'm not sure if I'm close or way off.
