Remarks
If you use this property to enter an array formula, the formula must use the R1C1 reference style, not the A1 reference style (see the second example).

Hi Yasser,
I don't think there is anything wrong with your code! Have you checked your data?
I put this into a test sheet with some dummy data in the names you nominated.
I tested the formula in the worksheet, and it worked.
I then tested it in a macro, and I ended up with the formula in cell D7 as you expected.
I hope this helps, please let me know!
Regards,
David

Thanks a lot Mr. quekbc
Thank you very much Mr. David ..
I checked my sheet again and discovered that it is not allowed to put array formula in merged cell
So the merge was the cause of the problem
Thanks a lot for swift and great help
You can't put an array formula in a merged cell, but you can merge cells that contain array formulas.
I.e., Unmerge, insert array formula, merge it again.
I bow to the wisdom of more experienced ExcelForum contributors, but I really HATE merged cells. I am usually advising folk to avoid them!Unmerge, insert array formula, merge it again.
