Can you refer to ListObject Rows by "name"?

I use ListObjects -- tables -- a lot. I know I can refer to a column by name, for instance:

But is there a similar way to refer to a row? I know the leftmost cell of a row isn't a "header", but is there an easy way to refer to a row based on what's in the first cell?

Not that I could figure out, Columns are different and are always unique. Maybe try,

where you change the lookup value (in blue) as needed. Will give you the first match in the first column. You could also use the find function as an alternative.

    Hope this helps.
