Unhappy Merge multiple rows separated by blank rows

Hi, I'm having a bit of a struggle trying to find a macro that will go through my entire sheet and merge "grouped" ie. (seperated by blank rows)rows of data into single rows.

I've got a Kutools function that will combine these when done manually, but I'm looking for something automated - a macro that will run through the entire sheet and group the values into individual rows. Any help much appreciated!
