Get specific data from other sheet and clear other content

Hello,

I have big worksheet and my data looks like:

A B C D
1 PENCIL 30 3
2 RUBBER 1
3 PAPER 2 5 8
5 BOOK 15 25

I want to list my data and make a report to another sheet exactly will look like:

PENCIL 30
PAPPER 2
BOOK 15

PENCIL 3
PAPER 5

RUBBER 1
PAPER 8
BOOK 25

Can someone help me please?

hmm it seems like worked but how can i apply this to F J S columns

You want your end results in F J S columns?

Yes John. Thanks formula works like charm but its gathering data from wrong columns.
I want to pull data from F, J and S columns (would be different letters on sample)

this formula didnt work also it deleted data from main page instead of copy to sheet2

Worked for me when I adjusted the Sample you provided? Can you provide a sample where it doesn't work.
