Vba to put worksheet data onto one page

Hi I have a file that has a control sheet then worksheets with data, I would like with VBA to put the data which is in all the worksheets in the file except the control sheet into another file in a worksheet called LOG.

so for example this file has 10 worksheets so we copy the data from the 10 worksheets into the new file onto the worksheet called "LOG" and there would be 8 rows between each data set copied.

Can anyone please help?

Ok if we can't do the above does anybody know how to put all the data from the worksheets into one worksheet so we put the first data set then leave 8 rows and put the second dataset
