Combobox - jump to sheet based on selected listindex

Hi,

I have 3 sheets named "2015","2016" and "2017", with some data and Userform on each sheet to view this data. On userform I have combobox, which is set
to display active sheet name automatically when Userform is opened.

I also want to jump to other sheets from Combobox, If I select It's name from Combobox. How can I do that ?
