Need to lock the prevuios days cells automatically

Hi All,

I want excle file to lock the previous days cells (cells under column A & B)automatically on next day by 8:30 AM. Here i have attached the sample file for your reference.
I got some VBA code and pasted it but it didn't work and moreover i dont know abt VBA. Please hlpe me in writing the code in the sample file attached.

In additon to the above my query, i have added one more column C next to A & B and for this column also it should apply the same logic. what i need to modify in the VBA code? pls help.
