How to move a form control button when macro inserts a row above it

In a spreadsheet of receipts and expenditures I created a macro to insert a new bottom row as needed. When I assigned the macro to a form control button, the macro generates the new row but the button doesn't move down to stay just below the bottom row. How do I make that button movable?
