CheckBoxes copy-help

Hello,
I need a big help.
In col. G (G2:G) i have names
in col. H (H2:H) i have the emails
in col.I (I2:I) i have check boxes
and in col J2:J i want to copy each email that checkboxe i have checked.

For example if i check I2, I4, I6, I9 i want to copy the emails from h2 to j2, i4 to j3, i6 to j4, i9 to j5. So no blank cells between cells

Please for your help, because i find a macro from a site but i cannot change it to fit to my problem.
