Could you give us some more information?

For example, what are you trying to do?

Also, where did you get SaveAs2 from?
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

    Ok.

Well I want to import data from UserForm directly to the word document via bookmarks.

I've attached .xls as well as template in word.
On button "Import&new" you can see code.

    What do you think?

I ve added just bookmarks 1 2 and 3, later on I will add more for the whole table in word.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated!

    Thanks!

    run time error -2147417851 (80010105)
    Automation error
    The server threw an exception.

I've modified a litle bit a line > .SaveAs2 FILE_PATH & Cells(1, 1) & FILE_EXT, I've ran it through debugger. All is OK, it writes the values into FILE_PATH, Cells(1,1,) - I put some values into A1 cell just to be sure instead of txtName.Value..but still nothing.
