I am looking for a couple things:
1. I am looking for a solid book to help with my learning process. (please limit your suggestion to 1)
2. I am looking for your top two trusted site suggestions for excel programming. (if you have to go over, no more than 3)
3. Your opinion on how to go about learning this material.
