Copy paste rows based on criteria 3 times into a separate worksheet

Hello Gurus,

I am a novice in excel vba and was looking for guidance on how to write a particular vba. I am trying to build a report and here is the questions.
I am looking to copy a row based on criteria in column 1 and then paste it 3 times into another worksheet. If there is a new criteria in column 1 then lave 2 rows blank and then paste the new rows based on the second criteria.

I have attached a workbook with the sample data and the output that I am looking for.Book4.xlsx
