Excel 2007 macro error 100316

When I press a button with macro, it shows:

Cannot run the macro 'item '. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.

Sometimes ,it shows out that I can solve the problem by adding permission to macro, but it will bugged and the file will be closed.

After adding permission, save the file.
There is a big chance excel will not ask again.
