Copy entire row (only first occurence) based on a cell value

Dear all,

I know there were lots of posts for coping entire rows based an a cell value, but all I could find was coping all rows containing cell value.

I, however, need to copy only first occured row from sheet Helper based on a cell value in column D (750000) to the next empty row of the existing sheet called Helper2.
