    Can't you just use Access?

Forms in Access have all that functionality built-in, in Excel you would need to code it all.
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

That should be straightforward, what are you using as the record source for the form?

Then you should be able to navigate through all the records using the standard controls on the form.

Unless you've set the form up for data entry only.

Re: USerform First Record& last record in the form for Updation

Thats confusing... I did google & somehow made the form

    Form looks like this

    User Opens the user form..

User form have 5 Combo Box & 5 text box..
Now user select combo values which i have inoputted in combo box properties (Row Source)
& then user fills data in 5 text boxes..

    Now user press save button

The record gets stored in table.

    Its working fine till here.

Now query is Table dont have duplicate data.. acceptable..
How do the user update the data wrongly enetered.. any way put
How to back track if user accidently saved wrong data..

    any idea will do..

its just the user should be able to update the data .. any method will do

Any chance you could upload a sample file?

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
