Automate the work

I have the following big data for timetabling in the following format.

1 1 UCH504
T303 RM
1 2 UCH506
T303 MK
1 3 UCH502
T303 SMB
1 4 UCH503

1 5 UCH505
T102 RGU

I want the above data in the following format in another sheet following. Currently I am doing cut and paste.
But it is very time consuming and error prone.
Can any one help me in this.

1 2 UCH506 T303 MK CH1
1 2 UCH506 T303 MK CH2
