VBA Macro for searching trough list and return values

Dear All ,

I'm kind of new to VBA so i'm hoping you guys could help me out with my problem.
(For me such a huge problem that i don't even know how to start but probably for you guys not that difficult )

I have a list with all sort of date sorted in columns. I have a worddocument with the exact explanation of the issue i have and also the excel file.

How can i add these so the problem is clear ? I don't know how i can add files to my post. can someone please help me ?
