Copy worksheet and create new worksheets with different names

In my workbook, I have a worksheet named "Week 1"

I would like a macro that creates exactly the same sheet another four times and names them "Week 2", "Week 3", "Week 4", "Week 5".

I know I can manually copy the sheets but it would be nice to have a macro do this for me.

I am sure this is probably pretty simple but I have no experience on VBA at all so any help is greatly appreciated.
