Copy entire row, not pasting to next empty row

Hi Guys

Need a bit of help please, I am trying to copy the entire row from one sheet to another if a certain word is found in column AD. got the code below, the first works, but it keeps on pasting over existing data and I cannot get it to work. Please help. in this example the criteria is GEORGE, but I have a few different criteria.
