Macro to copy and paste information from one sheet to another (closed) workbook

Hi all.

I am new to VBA and programming, have an idea I would like to execute but I am struggling to create.

I would like information from one sheet in a workbook to be copied and pasted into another sheet in another workbook(2). The second workbook which receives this information will be closed. In the sheet that will send the information, I have the following headings REQUEST FROM:REQUEST FOR:DATE REQUEST SENT:DETAILS OF REQUEST from A9-A12. Information will then be typed into B9-B12. I want the information from B9 -B12 to be copied and pasted under the corresponding headings in the second workbook.

The information from the first workbook will be sent by various people, who have access to their own copy. Only I will have access to the second workbook that receives this information , hence why it has to be closed. Therefore every time information is sent to the second workbook, it needs to go onto the next blank line.

Hope this makes sense. If anyone has a code that I can use for this, I'd be very grateful.
