Do Until Numbering Macro

Hello,

I am trying to write part of my macro which will number column A dependent on dates in column B. Specifically, I would like the numbering in row 1 to start at "1" and increase by "1" until row B is a specific date (i.e. 12/31/2010), at that point I would like it to loop and start at 1 again. I believe it should be a combination of the "Do Until" function but I am not sure how to write it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Post a workbook, a sheet formula may also work.
