List Top 5 Names from Range

Hello,

I am creating a spread sheet for ranking various restaurants. I have an "Average Rating" Column with a value assigned for each restaurant. I have created a box labeled "Top 5" and I would it to populate the names of the restaurants with the top 5 average values. As the values change, I would like the list to be dynamic as to change the hierarchy of names.

I have attached the spread sheet.

Column B is the Restaurants and Column R contains the corresponding values per restaurant. The formula should be inputted into cell T3 and go down to T7.

Thank you for your help. I am getting a #NUM! display. Is there a problem with my cell format?

I have attached my file. If you don't mind taking a quick look to see if you can find the error it would be much appreciated.

Hmmm now it is only showing the formula after i move out of the cell.
