recorded macro "method opentext of object workbooks failed"

Hi,

Recorded a macro and stored it in the PERSONAL MACRO WORKBOOK

When i try to run the recorded macro below it says "method opentext of object workbooks failed"
Im very sure the path and the filename are correct dont know why it gives an error when i run the macro

So i just removed the succeeding code after opening the dat file and it works
