Check and replace

I am trying to find a macro that will allow me to check all cells in column C (Starting at C4) with values in other worksheet complete column A and if found replace by value in column B and make cell green. If value not found in column A of other worksheet then keep value and change cell to red.

I am really bad in explaning so I attached a sheet showing what and how it should result using a macro.
