Change Existing Macro to Allow Border to Show Around Images

Hi All!
Thanks to Dave Peterson for writing the macro below - I found it on this forum and it's awesome!
I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for making the borders visible around the images that are inserted (via macro) into the workbook.
I'm attaching the workbook I used the macro on - though I deleted anything I thought might be too sensitive to share as per the rules. (I also changed the macro from it's original (below) by changing the columns)
Since you probably won't be able to view the images on the workbook, I'm also attaching a screenshot of what they look like.

try adding 1 to the left/top properties and minus 2 from width/height
