Highlight duplicate entries in which even 4 alphabets match from start

Help required to solve the respective issue -

From the dump I want to highlight all the entries in the column in which first 4alphabets match with each other(or duplicate at first 4characters needs to be highlighted.

PS - but I just want to match from start of the name and not to worry if it matches in between.

    Example
    deepak---not to highlight
    harman--highlight
    harmanpreet--highlight
    harm--highlight
    suresh--not to highlight

sdemanpreet---not to highlight though in between 4 alphabets are matching "manp", but I just want to match from start of the name and not to worry if it matches in between.

    Thanks
    Harman

You can also use an ARRAY formula to give a "Duplicate" or "Unique" result for each cell. Put the following ARRAY formula in cell B1 (assuming your data starts in A1) and copy down. An ARRAY formula must be entered by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of just Enter.

    Hope that helps!
