Customer ID is not working with Vehicle #

I have Cell C4(Vehicle #) in BS sheet . if you change any vehicle # from Dropdown list it working fine. Data start showing from Row 11.Data is coming in BS from SalesDb sheet.
Now I add one more cell C5(Customer id) .

I want to get data with C5 Condition. It should show only Customer id in Column B according Vehicle # (C4) from Salesdb Sheet.

Code is Sheet10(BS) under Microsoft Excel Object and check my Attachment w.Ledger.xlsm
