Emailing different recipients based on cell contents

Hi All,

I'm struggling with a macro i'm working on. I need to send an email out to different recipients depending on the contents of a cell. I am fairly new to this so it could be an obvious solution. I am using the below macro to email recipients if they have outstanding items in their work area. the user ID is populated in column BW and the number of outstanding items in BY. I want to email the users with on the items they are outstanding but currently all users receive emails. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
