Export fields info from SAP to Excel

Hi I have been reading much about this and still not really found some i can use. Maybe its my missing knowledge to SAP.
What i really want is to get some fields from SAP sessions into excel with a macro.
The sessions i have to use have the header.
"Bank Statements postprocessing". Here i need to export 3 fields from the window or session or gui.
"Display Organization: BP0006V5JV, role Collections Management". Here i need one field.
The special with the last window is that i need the BP0006V5JV to be a wildcard, because that number can change.

This is some i copy paste so many times each day and it would be great to get this done with a macro,Would safe me for much time each day.

I dont know much about SAP and script, have tried to read, but so far i cant find anything.
I also tried with windows handle but it cant read the fields.

If some can help would be really great.

    Thanks

    Sincerely

    Abjac

P.s cross posted here but not answers i could really use, maybe because its really special and need knowledge to SAP also.

I don't know if this will help, but I did this with Visual ERP once, which is very similar. You have to use Data \ From Other Sources in Excel. If I recall it was ODBC connection. You will need the SAP dbase name and a read only User and Password name to get access. Then you set up a query to poll the fields that you want in the sheet. Excel will do the rest, adding column headers and data once you run the query. As I remember, once connected to the dbase you can find all the field names in excel connection wizard, but it wasn't that easy. You should get advice from IT.

    Good luck,

HI BIgDaddy and thanks for your answer. I know about this but very hard to find out how to do it. But its an idea, and i will talk with some people at my work about it. If any other have any idea or any macro. Please share it. I know there is macro to pull out date. But not much shared.

    Sincerely

HI BigD. I have tried but i think i need to put this a little on hold. More difficult than i thought. Not just a macro but allot of setup to get this 4 fields out.
So i nearly give up with it to be honest. But thanks allot for trying to help me.

Re: Export fields info from SAP to Excel

HI Marc and welcome again with your excellent skills. I am really new with SAP so i guess this is my biggest problem. I would like to do this with a macro if possible. But not sure or maybe its too complicated to do. Its actually only 4 fields i need. But i do it so many times in a day. SO would be nice if it could be done in a easier way.
