Fill blank cell with non-blank below cell and repeat

I receive a report that does not insert the client at the top of the clients data. I have created enough of a macro to get me to have the clients name created in Col A from the Clients Total. What I would like is to have a macro that inserts the client name. The attached file is significantly abbreviated - the overall can be from 1,000s - 150,000+ rows. The columns E& F are what it should end up looking like - it is not part of the received report. The clients name change depending on data being pulled.

Column A "Clients" is blank - find next non blank cell insert above with that non-blank cell > go to next blank cell and repeat the process until there is no longer a non blank cell below

Thanks for the help - VBA is not in my wheelhouse yet but the benefits of using are essential. Taking mini courses as time permits.
