hiding variable number of rows

Hi I have a template that can be used for variable number of reps annoyingly the range of reps is from 3-50 so i need to have cells available to use up to 50.

Generally the case is though that only 3 -10 are used.

I have attached the spreadsheet as can be seen the 50 reps have to repeated for 3 batches and 6 times for (un)spiked/high or low. This is obviously making the spreadsheet really big especially for printing. (50*3*6 = 900 rows when really i only need ~180)

The number of reps needed are inputted into cells B8-B10 so is there a way for excel to hide the un-needed cells for each section eg between row 22 & 71 then between 72 & 121 automatically based on this figure?
