Move data based on duplicates - HELP

Okay, so I am quite new to working with Excel and I have a problem I am struggling to sort.
I have a table of financial forecast information and I want to sort it.
Currently, I have ths:

ID | Fiscal Year Code | TOTAL | FY2015-10 | FY2015-11 | FY2015-12
1 FY2015-10 40 40 (BLANK) (BLANK)
1 FY2015-11 50 (BLANK) 50 (BLANK)
1 FY2015-12 60 (BLANK) (BLANK) 60
2 FY2015-10 60 60 (BLANK) (BLANK)
3 FY2015-10 100 100 (BLANK) (BLANK)
4 FY2015-10 100 100 (BLANK) (BLANK)

Currently, D - F are filled with formulas (=IF(B2=$D$1, C2, "")) corresponding to each.

What I want:
