Insert CSV take Last column and first column but varying length of columns

Hi all,
I am looking to import a csv file via a form or click button that allows me to navigate to the stored file, the data would be A,B,C,D but varies in length.

Example data
(first) Fri, 10/9/2015 FUND
M FORCE078
Location Element City
lab
Fund Forces 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Last, First I 24
(first) Fri, 10/9/2015 FUND
M FORCE079
Location Element City
lab
Fund Forces 9:45 AM - 10:345 AM Last, First S 28

The return I would need would be to scan the text for any lines ending in a number with either the letters I,S,A before the number. In the case above I 24, S 28. Those are the lines to grab and then read from the front of the line to the time and take that information as well.

A correct output:

Fund Forces 24
Fund Forces 28


From here the data would go to a separate sheet where data would be stored from every file loaded in.
