Copying range from one sheet and pasting values in the last row of another.

I have this wonderful code from everyone's buddy Ron de Bruin.

It works wonderfully BUT in my destination sheet i have a counter formula already placed in A3-A500. What is happening is the code below is starting to copy in D501. I want it to NOT look at A for the first empty cell but rather D. Odly i have changed the LastRow from A1 to D3... but its still not working.
