Random Code Execution Interruptions?

I am using vba to programmatically create a huge number of queries. My code works fine for the first pass but then spits out a "Code execution has been interrupted" error seemingly randomly during the second loop - I say randomly because each time I rerun the code without changing anything, it may stop at a different line. I am completely stumped as to what is going on, you can see the code below or view the attached spreadsheet. Any help would be appreciated...

Try this when you get 'Code execution has been interrupted':

Press 'Debug', then Ctrl-Break twice. Press F5 to continue and save.
