Selectable table of contents of a specific folder

I have seen some examples of this but it’s not exactly what I am trying to accomplish.

What I need the macro to do is this:
Look specifically in a c”\User\Data\Files”
List the EXCEL (they are all excel files in this directory) on a page and the ability to OPEN them and the date modified as well.

He is what i currently have and it does a nice job of showing me what i want. But i need to have the ability to "hyperlink" the files so i can just click on them to launch.
